App), Certified Assessment Evaluator with the International Association of Assessing Officers (CAE) and Professional Member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia (RI).

Tim is a licenced commercial broker in British Columbia, Canada, with over 35 years of professional real estate experience including sales and leasing, appraisal, property assessment, property taxation, business valuation and consulting. He has worked throughout British Columbia and has a wide-ranging network of real estate professionals across Canada.

His extensive valuation and unique consulting background includes business sales, receivership representation, land assembly, subdivision development, first nation land leasing and development, land redevelopment, farm classification applications, ALR exclusion applications, property assessment reviews and appeals, property taxation appeals, and expert witness consulting services.

He is the former founding Principal and Managing Broker of a national commercial brokerage firm and has held senior positions with an international real estate firm, international professional service firm and provincial crown corporation.
